Overview
Paste multiple addresses at once to automatically look up the standard road-name address and lot-number (jibun) address, and use the internally computed PNU (Parcel Number) to also pull the land category and ownership type. You can copy an address column from Excel and paste it directly.
How to use
- Paste addresses: One address per line, up to 1,000 entries. Blank lines are skipped automatically.
- Start batch lookup: To respect the government server's load, lookups run 4 at a time (progress shown). You can stop anytime with the "Stop" button while it's running.
- Check and download results: Review the results in the table and download them as an Excel file.
Land ownership lookup
The V-World national key data API is used to also look up the ownership type (private / state-owned / municipally-owned, etc.) for each parcel. Parcels split across multiple building units/floors may return several records, so results are shown as counts per type (e.g. "Private 2, State-owned 1").
FAQ
Does this look up personal information such as the owner's name?
No. This tool does not collect identifying information such as the owner's name or resident registration number — it only covers ownership type (private / state-owned / municipally-owned, etc.).
Why do some items show "Failed"?
The failure reason is shown alongside the status in the results table. If it says "No results found," please double-check how the address is written.
